When executing the app Windows and MacOsX  will show you a warning like

"Running this app might put your PC at risk".

There are even antivirus softwares like TrendMicro who believe the .exe file could include ransomware. I can assure you that these are all false positives. I can't buy a certificate just to publish the panels for free. You have the choice of either trusting me or leaving the panel alone.
